Vanity-Metriken sind ein Verräter. Blinkt ein Sport-Hub „12,4k watching now“ ohne Quelle, Tab zu. SIEGs öffentliche Zahlen kommen aus Dateien, die wir erzeugen: matches.json, standings.json, blog_posts.json, der Board-Health-Report. Mehr nicht.
Der Live-Zähler auf der Startseite ist „wie viele Fixtures im aktuellen Feed sind in-play“, keine Volkszählung. Ist der Feed einen Monat alt, ist der ehrliche Move, das zu sagen — nicht einen Herzschlag zu animieren.
Vanity metrics are a tell. If a sports hub flashes "12.4k watching now" with no source, close the tab. SIEG's public numbers come from files we generate: matches.json, standings.json, blog_posts.json, the stream-board health report. That's it.
The live counter on the homepage is "how many fixtures in the current feed are marked in-play", not a census of humans. If the feed is a month old, the honest move is to say the feed is a month old — not to animate a heartbeat.
虚荣指标是破绽。体育站刷 "12.4k watching now" 却没来源，关掉。SIEG 的公开数字来自我们生成的文件。首页 live 计数是 "当前 feed 里有多少场 in-play"，不是人口普查。

/pulse/ ist das öffentliche Armaturenbrett: Statkick-Artikelzahl, Datum des neuesten Stücks, Fixtures im letzten Scrapes, jüngster/ältester Anstoß in der Datei, letzter Board-Check, Verdict-Zähler. Kein DAU. Kein „community online“.
Liga-Tabellen unter /stats/ sind eine andere Schicht: ESPN/Jolpica/OpenF1, im Browser sortiert. PPG/Sparklines werden aus diesen Zeilen gerechnet, nicht erfunden.
Wenn der Feed alt ist
Der stündliche Scraper holt ESPN-Scoreboards und lädt JSON hoch. Ist das Cloud-Billing am Origin zu, stirbt der Upload und die Datei auf Disk altert. September 2026: das Fixture-Fenster auf Disk sitzt Anfang August. Das Banner auf der Startseite sagt das. Kategorie-Boards bleiben Outbound-Links — kein Fake-Ticker.
Alle 60 Sekunden neu laden hilft, wenn die Datei sich bewegt. Tut sie das nicht, liest der Refresh-Button dieselbe ehrliche Momentaufnahme. Besser als ein Spinner, der Bewegung vorspielt.
Was nie auf den Hero kommt
Fake-Uniques. Gekaufte Bot-Impressions. „Alle schauen zu.“ Monetag zahlt echte Impressions; Betrug sperrt den Account. Der Engpass sind Menschen, nicht eine größere CSS-Zahl.
The pulse page
/pulse/ is the public instrument panel. It lists: how many Statkick articles exist, the date of the newest one, how many fixtures sit in the last scraped feed, the newest and oldest kickoff in that file, when the board-health check last ran, and the verdict counts (OK / off-event / blocked / dead). No DAU. No "community online".
League tables under /stats/ are a different layer: those are ESPN/Jolpica/OpenF1 standings, sorted in the browser. Derived bits (PPG, sparklines) are calculated from those rows, not invented.
When the feed is stale
The hourly scraper talks to ESPN scoreboards, then uploads JSON. When Google Cloud billing on the origin is closed, that upload dies and the file on disk ages. September 2026: the on-disk fixture window still sits in early August. The homepage banner will say that. Category boards (schedules) still exist as outbound links; they are not a fake live ticker.
Refreshing the list every 60 seconds is useful when the file is moving. When it isn't, a refresh button still re-reads the file — you just get the same honest stale snapshot. That's better than a spinner that implies motion.
What we will never put on the hero
Fake uniques. Purchased bot impressions. "Everyone is watching." Monetag pays on real impressions; fraud bans the account. The economic constraint is traffic of humans, not a bigger number in a CSS counter.

源站账单关掉时，JSON 会变旧。横幅会写出来。这比假装在动的转圈更好。
